Originally, the idea was this. Two sisters spending one year creating art, or at least creating, every day using only supplies that they already have, get for free, find, or receive...looking to rediscover the artistic selves they've lost somewhere along the way in all the clutter of life... But it didn't fit into life, and so now who knows what you might find?!!

#67 Happy Mother's Day

Some days just aren't enough hours in a day, this whole week was one of those days!!! Who knows what will happen tomorrow!!! Thank God for this set of cards I bought where you just added your own details, but don't have to start from scratch!

I have this book of Cape Cod butterflies, and in it, it spoke of this trail along the power lines where there were masses of butterflies. So poor Adriana, I dragged her out on probably the hottest day of the year, to a spot with absolutely no shade whatsoever, in search of butterflies... We did find some, but it wasn't exactly as we were expecting! The butterfly in the bottom left of the card is one of those we found, an American Lady (quite appropriate for Mother's Day!!! Although of course, our mum, is a naturalized American lady!!!)
